The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the South Shore Chapter of the Council of Canadians will take place on Wednesday, May 8, at 7 pm, at the St. James Church Hall, 14 Parish St., Mahone Bay. There will be a brief (approximately 15 minute) recap of the events the group has undertaken in the last year. That will be followed by a presentation by Ajay Parasram, titled “Power, Land, and Solidarity in the age of Decolonization”.
