No indication when a Nova Scotia Department of Labour investigation will conclude into this week’s death of a diver in the Annapolis Valley.
He was apparently working for Nova Scotia Power, checking the underwater gates at the Annapolis Royal tidal power dam, when something went wrong.
The diver drowned and the Labour Department is now looking into what happened.
Labour Minister Kelly Regan says the investigation may take some time to finish up.
It’s the fifth workplace death in Nova Scotia this year.
