Halifax Regional Police say they have charged a man in relation to the homicide of Patrick Wayne Stay that occurred earlier this month in Halifax.
Thirty-six-year-old Pat Stay, was located in the 1600 block of Lower Water Street by Halifax police in the early morning of September 4th with stab wounds.
He was transported to the hospital where he later died. The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service ruled the manner of death to be a homicide.
Police say investigators arrested Adam Drake, 31, in Tantallon.
He is scheduled to appear in Halifax Court on Monday September 12, 2022 to face the charge of first-degree murder.
