TURKEY!!!!
The weekend is over, but there is a good chance there is still some bird remaining.
What can do with it? A better question would be what can’t you do?
We have always been a hot turkey sandwich family. Cook some french fries and supper is served. Now you can up the game a bit and go with Thanksgiving Poutine!!
So we have the leftover turkey, there is eggnog, I am just waiting for a big guy in red to show up.
We could say that Thanksgiving is a bit of a trial run for Christmas. But the question did pop into my head, “Is Turkey healthy?” We have the answer, “Turkey is a great source of protein, rich in many vitamins and minerals, and is low-fat – if you don’t eat the skin,”
