Will 2023 be the year when we can save some money?
I am seeing more and more sites popping up offering suggestions of how to save cash over the new year.
Much like promises to lose weight or adjust your diet, there is a good chance resolutions to change your spending habits made at the beginning of 2023 might not last. That said, if something is simple enough, why not try?
Yesterday I read that if you can save $27.40 per day, you will have $10,001.00 by the end of the year. Now that is a lot of moolah to end up with, but also a lot of dough to have set aside each day. On the other hand, this one will only help you save $1378.00 during the year, but the required commitment seems more doable.

Aside from saving money is the reducing of necessity costs. We have watched fuel increase over the past year and so far in 2023 we have been seeing groceries continue to rise in cost.
There have been some ideas offered with a list of things to do to lower that bill too.

I have had many conversations about the good ole days and some of the stores that were great to shop at. One in particular where the “Lowest Price Is The Law!” I remember going to Zellers for some many things over the years.
Last year the announcement was made that Zellers will be returning to our lives, online. If you have been doubting that announcement was true, this good news came out yesterday morning. Apparently they are stocking up and preparing to launch early this year. Only question I have, will my old “Club Z” points still be useable, haha??
