A festival is set to bring lots of people to Shelburne.
The fourth annual ‘Dock Street Days’ are happening Friday and Saturday.
Robin Smith with the Shelburne Events Committee says it’s huge for the area.
“It’s a small town, and to see this many people on a weekend here is amazing. We love that the events the committee plans are bringing people here, and we want to see people come to Shelburne,” said Smith.
Friday night, fireworks are being held, along with music from Andre Pettipas and the Giants
Saturday night there will be a parade of lights in the harbour, along with events all day.
“We split the two up this year, usually we’ve done those two events on the same night. I suspect you’ll see fireworks from the boats this year again, we have 18 registered, the most we’ve ever had.”
There will be a car show in Shelburne on Sunday.
