A public hearing on Shelburne’s new planning strategy.
It’s happening tonight at 6 p.m. at the municipal building.
The in-person hearing is an opportunity for the public to ask questions about the substantial changes to the strategy and land-use by-law.
Council may proceed with second and final reading of the documents after the meeting.
This is the fourth version of the plan after three rounds of public consultations.
They include changes to housing policies to support tiny homes, coastal protection and renewable energy regulations.
