The Nova Scotia Lobster Crawl is searching for its next official ambassador, and they’re looking for someone from the South Shore who truly loves lobster.
Not just someone who enjoys a good feed, but someone whose eyes light up at the mention of fresh lobster, who knows their way around cracking a claw, and who loves sharing that enthusiasm with everyone around them.
The Lob’STAR represents the festival throughout February, helping celebrate everything that makes lobster season on the South Shore special.
Organizers are looking for someone with genuine excitement, local pride, and a passion for spreading the word about the Lobster Crawl experience.
The person selected as the 2026 Lob’STAR will receive a VIP Lobster Crawl swag package, enjoy the title and bragging rights, and take a seat as one of the judges at the Nova Scotia Lobster Crawl Lobster Chowder Chowdown Showdown. Travel or travel expenses are not included.
To enter, all you need to do is record a short video explaining why you should be the next Lob’STAR. Share what makes you a true lobster fan, what you love about lobster, and how you’d help bring that excitement to others during the festival.
