It might be a problem that only we have, but the crickets are crazy this year!  I know these are not really harmful, but the noise, noise, NOISE!  I feel like the Grinch when the Whos are opening toys Christmas morning.  I don’t know what has changed, maybe it is just the curse of 2020 continuing.  It was never uncommon to have a cricket show up inside maybe once a summer, just catch and release, as I have always been told it was bad luck to kill a cricket.

But this year, so far I have relocated seven of these shiny musical critters and I am not sure why they are so interested in checking out our home.  Apparently crickets are not the only bugs that are plentiful this summer.  The experts are also saying that bed bugs are growing in population in many places, and mosquito season could last a bit longer, yay.  Here are a few tips for ridding your home of pests, in case you are dealing with unwanted guests too.
